The serviced apartments are located in a historic art-nouveau villa built in 1910.
Whilst the apartments are modern, the original parts such as historic doors and the old wooden floor are still witnesses of the rich past of the villa.
The apartments consist of any amenities needed when traveling with light luggage. Either because you plan to stay in Hamburg for a limited period of time, or because you want to have a temporary base to get to know the city better before moving to Hamburg for good.

VILLA LIVING | Apartment 1
This beautiful apartment is on the raised ground floor. It is filled with daylight and spacious and is perfect for one or two guests. All floors are made of wood, just in the bathroom and in the kitchen there are tiles.
The living room
In the living room, you will find a couch, the big TV screen, a DVD-player and a cosy lounge chair to relax, read or watch the TV. With two big windows, the room is very bright and spacious.
The dining room
It is directly connected to the living room. The big white table offers enough places for guests, four to six people could sit here together and enjoy to spend time together.
On a big sideboard, books and the hi-fi system can be found.
The bedroom
In the bedroom, there is a double bed and the wardrobe to store your clothes. Bed linen gets provided, so you do not need to carry your own.
The kitchen
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and having meals: tableware, cutlery, pots and pan, toaster, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, and of course a big fridge and a freezer, as well as a stove and an oven.
There is a dish washer, too.
The dining table offers seats for two.
From the kitchen, you can get directly to your terrace and to the backyard.
Behind the kitchen, there is also a separate storage room, where you will find the iron and an ironing board.
The bathroom
There is a bath-tub with shower, a wash basin, a mirror cabinet and the toilet. The room is very bright; a hair-dryer and towels are available.
The basement
In the basement, there is an additional storage room. You will also find a washing machine and dryer here.

The apartment on the second floor is bright and sunlit. It is perfect for one to three guests or families with up to two children. There is wooden floor in all rooms apart from the bathroom and kitchen with tiles. The balcony is on the back of the house and offers seating possibilities for two.
The living room
There is a big couch in the living room, as well as the satellite TV and a wooden sideboard. The room is spacious and bright and is perfect to spend a relaxed evening on the couch.
The dining room/office
The table is big enough for up to four hungry eaters. The room is big enough to additionally serve as an office and it contains a secretary. There is also a cosy chair to have a relaxed break and listen to some music or read a book.
From here, you have access to the balcony on the backside of the villa.
If there is a child or temporary guest staying with you in the apartment, we are happy to provide a bed and will put it in this room.
The bedroom
Besides the double bed, there is a little couch in the bedroom, for sitting or to quickly drop your clothes. Of course, there are also two wardrobes in the room. The bed linen get provided for you.
The kitchen
The modern kitchen is well equipped and very inviting for cooking your meals. There is everything available for cooking and dining: tableware, cutlery, pots and pan, toaster, microwave, coffee, and of course a fridge and a freezer, as well as a stove and an oven. And in the end, you will find a dish washer at your disposal.
There is a dining table with two seats in the kitchen.
The bathroom
There is a bath-tub with shower and the wash basin. A hair-dryer and towels get replaced weekly.
The lavatory
The toilet is in a separate room - so bathroom and WC can get used at the same time.
